TEENAGERS

ATTENTION TEENAGERS
( 5x7 Print - 05026 )

If you are tired of being hassled by
Unreasonable parents…

Now is the time for action!

Leave home and pay your own way…

While you still know
Everything!

TEEN CREED
( 5x7 Print - 05118 )
( 8x10 Print - 0049 )

It's not enough to have a dream…
Unless I'm willing to pursue it.
It's not enough to know what's right…
Unless I'm strong enough to do it.
It's not enough to join the crowd…
To be acknowledged and accepted.
I must be true to me ideals
©©©
Even if I'm excluded and rejected.
It's not enough to learn the truth…
Unless I also learn to live it.
It's not enough to reach for love…
Unless I care enough to
Give it!

A TEENAGER'S PRAYER
Written by Jill Fantin ã
( 8X10 Print - J2253 )

A s I enter into high school, Lord, outstretch Your loving hand.

T here couldn't be a dearer friend than You to understand.
E ach uncontrolled emotion that invades as I mature.
E liminates my thinking straight and makes me so unsure.
N o words of comfort offered © seem to give me perfect peace.
A
nd I can't seem to find the strength to help me quite release…These
G ripping feelings I still have still keep me so suppressed
E ncourage me, Dear Father, for through You I know I'm blessed.
R emind me that You love me and You made me as I am.
S tand by me through trials as I'm still Your little lamb.

P lease help me through peer pressures and the things You can't condone.
R ewards come from “the straight and narrow” if I go alone.
A part of me wants to belong and be part of the crowd…
Y et part of me wants to stay true to all the things I've vowed.
E mbrace me in the war against this ever bearing strife…For
R ight decisions made today…affect me all
My life.

SYMPATHY

T he rose was plucked while still a bud and how was I to know?…
E ven though I nurtured it I'd never see it grow.
E ach petal as it took its' form grew sweeter everyday.
N ever would I'd guess it would so quickly fade away.

A ll its life I cherished it I saw in it a beauty.
N ow my heart is empty for it meant the world to me.
G od always has a purpose for He brought it through each season.
E mbracing it in icy winds for His own special reason.
L oving it through times I thought I'd never find a way.
Until the day He plucked my rose for
Heavens sweet bouquet.

Don't let your parents down
They brought you up.

Be humble enough to obey
You may give orders someday.

Choose companions with care
You may become what they are.

Guard your thoughts
What you think you are.

Be a master of your habits
Or they will master you

Don't be a show off when you drive
Drive safely and arrive.

Don't let the crowd pressure you
Stand for something
Or you'll fall
For

Anything.

TEENAGERS IN THE MAKING

TEENAGERS
in the making
are
God's own sweet surprise.
If we see them
through their stages
we'll find
Angels
in

Disguise!
