 Your perfect solutions to problems I fear.
LORD…teach my heart © Your patience and peace
remind me in stress © You're my perfect release.
Give me your touch © let Your love shine through ©
 my every emotion and all that I do.
Speak to me in Your kind voice small and still
renewing my spirit to stay in Your will.
Inspire my thoughts with ideas each day ©
 To accomplish my tasks with little delay.
Most of all LORD…
May Your strength flow through me
That through Your love
I will be all I can be!

Funny how the problems of the day can fill
My head
And good deeds go unnoticed while kind words
Are left unsaid
Surprising how a wave of thoughts just simply
Flood my mind and…
Portrays me as insensitive, uncaring and
Unkind
Amazing how you seem to overlook what's
quite the fact
My being long on orders and so often
short on tact
The truth is that without you
We could never come this far.
My wish is just to let you know
How valuable
You are!

H ow true it is when it is said “We often fail to show”
Appreciation to the one who should be first to know.
Putting off the praises, those kind words we never say
Paying more attention to the problems of the day.
Your never failing efforts seem to always be in vain.

Somehow each day you find the strength to come to work again.
Every time I think about the things I put you through
Coping with the problems ( Everyday it's something new! )
Realizing you're the glue that holds us all together
Expecting to be counted on no matter what the weather.
Those time I never had to guess if you'd be there for me,
Altering your lifestyle just to keep us all happy.
Remembering seems truly right if only once a year . . .
You'll never really know how glad we are to have you here.
Saying “Thanks” is not enough but somehow you must feel . . .

Deep appreciation in our hearts for you is real!
And so if we forgot to say the words you long to hear . . .
You're dear to us Not just today but all throughout the year.
